The Oak Bar at the Copley Plaza

The Oak Bar has been recently restored and is reminiscent of a British Officer's Club in the Orient.

The Oak Bar at the Copley Plaza

If you happen to be traveling 'to town' for an event or dinner, stop by the Oak Bar at the Copley Plaza Hotel.  They have the Best Martinis in Boston.  Your martini (several to choose from) will come in a carafe chilled in an ice bucket meant to stay cool as you drink.

If you are looking for a great appetizer, order the cheese plate.  This sampling is beyond words.  Fresh artisan cheeses arrive daily from local farms - if you are a cheese lover like myself - you won't be disappointed.

If you decide to treat yourself to dinner, walk over to the Oak Room for some of the best steak around!
